Trituradora de Cono Serie MCC

Generalmente hay cuatro tipos de trituradoras de cono: El tipo MCC estándar o grueso, el tipo MCF fino o mediano, el tipo de cabezal corto MCS y el tipo súper fino MCSS. Los cuatro tipos de conos están diseñados para secundaria o terciaria trituración para materiales abrasivos de máquinas estacionarias y portátiles.

Caracteristicas:

  • El sistema de liberación por resorte permite que cualquier material no triturable pase a través sin causar ningún daño.
  • La unidad de lubricación está enclavada con el motor principal para mayor seguridad como equipo estándar.
  • Un forro de nervio se proporciona dentro de la sección inferior del marco para ayudar a protegerlo del desgaste.

Usually, a cone crusher is installed in a crushing circuit as a secondary crusher. The mantle performs eccentric movements under the concave (also called bowl liner), so squeezing & crushing the material between the cone crusher mantle and concave.
