This policy explains what personal information Minyu Machinery Corp. ("we," "us") collects through https://minyu.com, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Minyu Machinery Corp. sells and supports crushing, screening, washing and dust-suppression equipment for business customers. This policy covers our website, our emails and newsletter, and the inquiries, quote requests and parts or service requests you send us. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

In the last 12 months we have not sold personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:

• Inquiries and quote requests: up to 3 years after our last contact
• Customer, order, warranty and service records: for the life of the equipment plus the period required by tax and product-safety law
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: up to 14 months

The site uses encryption (HTTPS) for all data sent to and from it, and our hosting provider maintains SOC 2 Type II controls. We limit access to staff and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us to:

• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, warranty, recall, tax or security records)

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Residents of California and of other states with consumer privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and others) have these rights under their state law. We will not treat you differently for using them.

We will confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect you, we verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject. We will answer within 45 days (60 days in some states). If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Children

Our website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

Minyu Machinery Corp. is based in California, and we store and process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States under this policy.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data to provide the services you request (contract), to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and with your consent for analytics and marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we update the date at the top; for significant changes we will also post a notice on the site or email you.
